Guava health benefits



Scientific name of guava is 'psidium guajava'.
Eating guava helps the body in combating free radicals produced during metabolism and aids in preventing age related chronic diseases such as Alzhaeimer',s cataract and rheumatoid arthritis.

2-Uses of guava fruit 

1.Guava is mainly used in treatment of 'diarrhea ,type 2 diabeties,dysmenorrhea,and hypertension'
2.It can also be used by kidney patients .

3-Eating guava regulates the blood pressure and thyroid gland

Potassium in guava helps in normalising the blood pressure level.  
The trace elements of copper which is very good for functioning  of thyroid gland. 
and manganese in guava helps in absorbing the main nutrients from the food that we eat .so due to this we get more vitamins and other nutrients and magnesium also works as nervous relaxant.

4-As medicine and treatment of  nose bleeding.

Guava has general haemostatic properties and can be used for treating bleeding nose  ,gums and minor internal hemorrhaging.
Guava helps cure dysentery,by inhibiting microbial growth and removing extra mucus  from the intestines
